  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

  • We strive to ensure product accuracy; however:
    • Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur
    • Product images are for illustrative purposes only
  • Availability is subject to stock.

4. 💳 Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after:
    • Successful online payment OR
    • COD verification (if applicable)
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (update based on your setup).

5. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through third-party logistics partners.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to:
    • Location
    • Courier delays
    • External factors (weather, strikes, etc.)
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. 💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD may require a partial advance payment for order confirmation.
  • Advance payment is non-refundable in case of:
    • Order rejection at delivery
    • Customer unavailable/unreachable
  • Repeated COD rejections may lead to account restrictions or blocking.

7. 🔁 Returns, Refunds & Replacement

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Incorrect item delivered
  • Customers must notify within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video.
  • After verification, we may offer:
    • Replacement OR
    • Refund (at our discretion)
  • The following are non-returnable:
    • Bulk/return gift orders
    • Used or damaged items by customer
  • Refund timelines depend on the payment method and banking partner.

8. ❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

9. 📸 Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, text, branding) is the property of PorterBees and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the order value of the product purchased

11. ⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
